What’s included
Standard parcel shipping or standard curbside freight delivery is free, including normal residential delivery and a liftgate when required for the agreed curbside service. There are no freight, handling or standard-delivery surcharges.
Where we deliver
The offer covers eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC, subject to safe carrier access. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, military addresses and P.O. boxes are outside this standard service. If a carrier cannot safely serve an address, we will discuss an alternative or cancel and refund the unfulfilled order; we will not add an unexpected delivery charge.
Optional services
Expedited shipping, inside delivery, assembly and installation are separate services only when requested and agreed in advance. They are not required to receive free standard shipping.
Dispatch and delivery timing
The order confirmation will state the expected dispatch date and estimated transit time. Large equipment may require freight booking or a delivery appointment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Tracking or appointment details will be shared when supplied by the carrier.
If we cannot dispatch by the promised date, we will notify you and offer a revised date or cancellation of the unshipped item for a full refund. We will obtain consent to further delays when required. If an order cannot be fulfilled, all amounts paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded. Required cancellation refunds are issued promptly, within seven working days or sooner where applicable law requires.
Receiving your equipment
Check delivery-access and unloading requirements before dispatch and arrange for someone to receive the shipment when a signature is required. Inspect the package and equipment when practical, record visible damage on the carrier’s receipt if possible, and report damage, missing items or an incorrect product promptly through our support form or the contact route provided with your order confirmation. A clean delivery signature does not automatically remove your consumer rights.
Returns and address changes
Free outbound shipping does not automatically include change-of-mind return shipping. Eligible unused items have a 45-day return-request window and no restocking fee. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and arrangements. We do not deduct the cost of free outbound standard shipping from an eligible refund. Any separately requested delivery upgrade or post-dispatch address-change charge must be explained before you agree.
Before paying
Confirm product availability and delivery arrangements before payment. If checkout does not offer a supported payment or delivery method, do not attempt payment. Order information, when available, can be reviewed in My Account.
