Check the model, specifications, dimensions and included accessories before ordering. Images may include manufacturer diagrams or illustrate accessories; only accessories expressly included in the listing are supplied. Manufacturer specifications and the accepted order identify the product. Contact us about conflicting information before purchase.
Prices and order acceptance
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax and any optional service charge must be shown before payment. Free standard shipping applies as described in our shipping policy. Product listings do not guarantee immediate availability.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of a request. We will confirm acceptance, availability and dispatch arrangements. If we cannot accept or fulfill a paid order, we will refund the unfulfilled amount promptly. Do not attempt payment unless checkout offers a supported payment and delivery method.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our shipping policy and returns policy apply. Unshipped orders can be cancelled without a fee. Eligible unused items have a 45-day return-request window with no restocking fee. Optional service upgrades require agreement before payment. Delays require an update and the applicable opportunity to consent or cancel.
Equipment and warranties
Follow manufacturer instructions for safe use, assembly and maintenance. Warranty coverage varies by product and is limited to the warranty actually supplied and applicable legal rights. These terms do not disclaim non-excludable warranties or remedies.
Website use
Provide accurate order information and protect your account credentials. Do not submit fraudulent orders, access another person’s information or disrupt the website. Product materials and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights. External sites have their own policies.
Concerns and changes
Contact support to help resolve a concern. This does not require you to waive a complaint, chargeback or legal remedy. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms accepted with an order continue to apply unless a change is agreed or required by law.
