Change or cancel
Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancel an unshipped order without a fee. If dispatch has already occurred, we will explain the available options and any actual carrier cost before you agree.
Delivery and damage
Free standard shipping covers eligible contiguous-U.S. addresses. Confirm freight access before dispatch. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, report the issue promptly with the order and model details. Read the shipping policy and returns policy.
